Terms of service — Linkora

The service

Linkora lets you create short HTTP redirects, inspect basic click counts, and disable or delete links you own. The operator may suspend an account or block a link that breaks the acceptable use policy or the law.

Have counsel review these terms before you publish them as your customer contract.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email address you register and for keeping the password and any recovery codes private. Staff will not ask you for the password. Two-factor authentication is available on every account and can be required for staff roles.

An account that is suspended cannot sign in. Deleting an account anonymizes it. A legal hold can delay deletion.

Links

You may only shorten destinations you are willing to send other people to. You must not use the service to distribute malware, phish for credentials, impersonate another party, or publish illegal content. Destinations are immutable. Short codes are not recycled after deletion.

Anonymous links expire. Account links remain until you set an expiration, disable them, or delete them, subject to plan limits and abuse actions.

Donations

There is no price for creating a short link and no card checkout. A Bitcoin donation, when an address is published, is voluntary. It does not change how the shortener behaves.

The site accepts Bitcoin only. Addresses for other coins are not published and are not stored.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Redirects depend on this server, the database, and the destination site. The operator should keep backups and a restore drill; those procedures are operational duties, not a promise of zero data loss.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the content of destination sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
